Mike and Jen have more than 40 years of campus ministry experience between them. They love working together and hanging out with their 3 boys, Sam, Levi & Nate.

Jen has worked with RVAXA for the past 10 years. She has spent this time mentoring small group leaders and reaching out to international students. She has also become certified as a leadership coach and uses those skills to help other Chi Alpha missionaries with support raising. In her spare time she likes to prep meals for her family, go to the gym, and read.

Born and raised in Chesterfield County, Virginia, Marcus graduated from VCU with a degree in health physical education and exercise science, with a minor in psychology. In his spare time, Marcus likes to go on long distance runs outdoors in nature, learning random facts, and discovering new music.

Jasmine graduated from VCU with a degree in health, physical education and exercise science in 2016. Her favorite parts of living in the city are the coffee shops, sunsets and thrift stores. She loves to laugh and you will find her making handmade crafts, hanging out with kids, and learning about different cultures.

Ashley graduated from Rutgers University in New Jersey with a BS in public health and certification in health disparities. Her love for the urban community and passion for campus ministry led her here to Richmond! She loves matcha, tattoos, and Shrek! She loves hanging out with her husband Luis, who didn’t include her in his bio lol.

Luis graduated from Rutgers University in New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science in Physics with a minor in engineering. In his spare time, Luis likes to stream on his Twitch channel playing apex legends and other fps games. Plus a proud anime lover with multiple action figure in his collection plus 4 lightsabers.
